Be who you say you are.

Anchoris Club · Community charter
A community becomes useful when people know what is expected, what stays private, how claims are handled and what happens when conduct falls below the standard.

Purpose
Anchoris Club exists to help pharmacists, pharmaceutical scientists and colleagues across medicines learn from one another across roles, settings and borders.
Membership is a privilege, not a professional credential. The charter applies in live sessions, community spaces, direct member interactions arranged through the Club and contributions submitted for publication.
Founding charter · Effective 19 August 2026
Ten shared commitments
Use an authentic professional identity and provide reasonable verification when requested. Do not misrepresent qualifications, registration, employment or authority.
Never share patient-identifiable information, private health information, passwords, confidential documents or employer material you are not authorised to disclose.
Be clear when a statement is sourced, personally observed, inferred or simply a perspective. Correct material errors openly.
Do not turn incomplete evidence into certainty or use professional confidence to silence legitimate questions.
State material employment, funding, commercial or professional interests when they could reasonably affect how a contribution is understood.
No unsolicited pitching, mass direct messages, recruitment harvesting, referral schemes or promotional pressure. Relevant opportunities belong in the reviewed exchange.
Challenge ideas, claims and methods without personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, humiliation or status-based dismissal.
Do not assume one healthcare system, regulator, language, credential or career path is universal. Ask before judging unfamiliar professional contexts.
Do not record, screenshot, quote or attribute a private session without explicit permission from Anchoris and every identifiable contributor.
Raise concerns early, respond honestly to moderation and do not retaliate against someone who reports a concern in good faith.
Human moderation
Anchoris may ask for clarification, edit or remove content, pause participation, restrict contact between members, suspend membership or end membership. The response depends on severity, pattern, context and risk.
Receive the concern, protect relevant records and avoid public escalation where possible.
Prioritise safety, confidentiality, patient privacy and serious professional misrepresentation.
Where appropriate, invite the people involved to provide relevant context without turning moderation into a public trial.
Apply a proportionate outcome and tell directly affected people what can reasonably be shared.
Raise a concern
Email marjang@anchorispharmalimited.uk with the subject “Anchoris Club community concern”. Share only what is necessary and do not forward patient-identifiable or unlawfully obtained material.
Anchoris Club is not an emergency, clinical, safeguarding or regulatory reporting service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. Professional, patient-safety or legal concerns may also need to be reported to the relevant employer, regulator or public authority.
Good-faith reports are treated respectfully. Deliberately false, malicious or retaliatory reports may themselves breach this charter.
If this feels like your kind of room
Founding membership applications are reviewed individually for professional relevance and community fit.
