Website terms
Clear terms for using this website.
These terms govern access to the Anchoris Pharma Limited website. Client projects and paid services are governed by separate written agreements.
1. About us
This website is operated by Anchoris Pharma Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16429721. Our registered office is 101 Waterside North, Lincoln, England, LN2 5DA. You can contact us at marjang@anchorispharmalimited.uk.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice also apply.
3. Website information only
The website provides general information about Anchoris, medical-writing services and related professional topics. It is not medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, financial or investment advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Nothing on this website creates a clinician–patient relationship, pharmacist–patient relationship, fiduciary relationship, client relationship or duty of care. The website is not an emergency service. If you need urgent medical help in the UK, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
4. Services and client contracts
Website descriptions, examples, prices, availability and timelines are invitations to discuss services and are not binding offers. A project begins only when the parties agree the scope, fees and applicable written terms. If a proposal, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, data-processing agreement or service contract conflicts with these website terms, the signed project document takes priority for that project.
Clients remain responsible for final medical, legal, regulatory and compliance review; internal approval; submission decisions; and the use of any deliverable, except to the extent expressly agreed in writing.
5. AI-enabled working
References to AI-enabled workflows do not mean that confidential or personal information is automatically entered into public AI systems. The use of AI for a client project is governed by the agreed scope, confidentiality requirements, client instructions and appropriate human scientific review. Do not send confidential documents, patient-identifiable information or special-category information through this website or ordinary email.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Anchoris or its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in this website, including its text, design, graphics, branding, logo, structure and original materials. You may view pages and print or download reasonable extracts for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, republish or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits it. Rights in client deliverables are governed by the relevant written client agreement.
7. Information you provide
You must ensure that information you send is accurate, lawful and not misleading, and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit malware, unlawful material, third-party confidential information without authority, or patient-identifiable or other sensitive personal information through the website.
When you send an enquiry, you permit us to use the information to respond, assess the opportunity, protect our rights and keep appropriate business records in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, interfering with availability or security, harvesting information, impersonating another person, infringing rights, or using the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes. We may suspend or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or our business.
9. Accuracy, availability and security
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Scientific, regulatory and legal information can change. We may update, withdraw or restrict any part of the website without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure availability, or that the website will be free from bugs or harmful components. You are responsible for using suitable security protections and maintaining your own backups.
10. Third-party links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or context. We do not control or endorse their content, security, availability or privacy practices. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties, conditions or representations, whether express or implied. If you use the website for business purposes, Anchoris will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data arising from website use or inability to use it. Any liability relating to paid services is governed by the relevant written service agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business or the law. The revised terms apply from the date shown at the top. Please review this page periodically.
13. Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from the website are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
